Training Opportunities
Every planning or change process should begin with an assessment of the knowledge, skills and abilities that will be needed to ensure success. Onsite-Insights has designed training based on what we have observed as the skills and information most lacking in the customers with whom we have already worked. These offerings can stand alone or be packaged within a more comprehensive contract that would also include presentations, assessments, and consultation. We will assist each customer in determining their specific needs and in determining the best package to meet those needs. We are constantly adding new training opportunities based on our customers' requests.

Search Institute's Training Offered by Onsite-Insights
Search Institute is an independent, non-profit, non-sectarian organization whose mission is to provide leadership, knowledge and resources to promote healthy children, youth and communities. Their research has led them to create the Framework of Development Assets. This framework helps communities understand the building blocks needed to raise healthy young people and provides many of the tools needed to help a community become more developmentally attentive. Onsite-Insights is committed to helping communities, initiatives, and organizations find ways to fit this framework into their efforts. Onsite-Insights encourages our customers to visit Search Institute's website, at www.search-institute.org to learn more, connect with others on a similar journey, and to purchase materials or training.

The following three workshops were developed in total or in part by Onsite-Insights for Search Institute and are now a part of their compliment of training offerings. Onsite-Insights' youth and adult training teams serve as the sole provider for these trainings. Access to them must be made by contacting Vision Training Associates, the authorized provider of Search Institute Training. They can be reached at 800-294-4322 or through Search Institute's web site at www.search-institute.org/training.
