We have an unwavering belief in the value of young people and guarantee that all interactions will be enthusiastic and passionate representations of this belief. Experienced young people are employed as facilitators for much of our work.
We have a deep understanding of community youth development, youth engagement and youth master planning and we engage staff who have years of practical experience moving these theories into action. We assign staff to projects based on background and experience as they relate to our customer's needs.
We are committed to building an ongoing relationship with those with whom we contract. We believe that our work is extremely important and we are deeply committed to our  interventions being ones that significantly impact the communities we serve. We will take the time needed before, during and after our onsite visits to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.

Trained young people, involved in a wide-variety of youth engagement opportunities throughout our own community, are available to assist with presentations and training requests. This youth and adult approach allows participants to view first hand the value of involving young people while benefiting from their insights and perspectives.
Our principal officers have extensive leadership experience within non-profits, city government, schools and community services. Other staff, youth and adult, are selected based on complimentary experience working within a variety of venues. Our strong working relationships with numerous local and national organizations benefit our customers by expanding the resources available to them. Much of our expertise comes from being the chief architects of Hampton Virginia’s Youth Civic Engagement Initiative, recipient of Harvard’s 2005 Innovations in American Government award; Jostons' 2001 Our Town award; and one of America's Promise 100 Best Communities for Young People.
Our range of skill building, information sharing, consultation, and technical assistance strategies can be adapted to meet local needs. These services are designed to address settings from complex systems to day-to-day programming within municipalities, neighborhoods, schools and organizations. All are theoretically based and representative of the current state-of-the-art thinking in the fields of youth master planning, community youth development, and youth engagement.
