	Consultation
	Onsite-Insights can design a consultative process that is either short-term or comprehensive and ongoing. These consultative opportunities are designed for communities, schools or organizations interested in: Ensuring the community is providing their children, youth and families the greatest opportunities to thrive; Developing a youth development and/or engagement infrastructure; Creating a seamless continuum of youth development and engagement services: or, Ensuring any training received from Onsite-Insights can be brought to scale. Consultative opportunities can include, but are not limited to: creating visions, action planning, tool development, assessments, constituency building, strategy development, and training support. As with all of Onsite-Insights’ services, supports and opportunities, we will work with the contracting agent to ensure that our offerings specifically address their needs. Our rates for consultation are extremely competitive.

	Technical Assistance
	Technical assistance and follow-up are available in each contract developed by Onsite-Insights. We are committed to assisting each community, school, neighborhood or organization with which we contract in the successful implementation or improvement of its youth master planning effort, or youth development and/or engagement services, supports and opportunities. To ensure this success, we provide our customers the opportunity to build into each proposal ongoing technical assistance and follow-up. Customers also benefit from our national contacts with individuals and organizations that expand our ability to provide quality services to them. (See Our Partners section on this web site.)

	Information, Product and Tool Development
	Onsite-Insights continuously researches the literature from the fields of youth master planning, youth development, community youth development, youth involvement/engagement, developmental assets, resiliency, staff development and organizational change. We have synthesized this research into bibliographies that are relevant to specific situations and groups. This information service is available to any interested client. Onsite-Insights is in the process of developing a number of products that will be available for purchase. Some of these products will only be available with an accompanying training opportunity. Currently we are offering an organizational assessment tool, a manual and video for creating youth commissions, and a video on youth engagement. Customers will again benefit from our national contacts with individuals and organizations that expand our ability to provide products of value to them. (See Our Partners section on this web site.)

	Assessments
	Having accurate and relevant information available to planners or those entering a change process is essential. Onsite-Insights can assist your community, neighborhood, school or organization in the selection or development of assessment tools and strategies that are best suited to capturing the information you seek. These tools will allow for the collection of data through surveys, mapping strategies, focus groups or individual interviews. The information can provide you with an assessment of your current realities, information on attitudes and behaviors, and potential for change. Onsite-Insights will utilize our own instruments, work with you to create an assessment process and tools specific to your needs, or assist you to effectively access instruments developed by other organizations such as Search Institute's Survey of Student Attitudes and Behaviors, or The Center for Youth Development and Policy Research's Youth Mapping process. None of the assessment tools or strategies we use should be considered suitable for conducting scientific research.

	Presentations
	Onsite-Insights can make presentations in a variety of formats designed to motivate, rally, inform, or enlist the support of key stakeholders within a community, neighborhood, school or organization. The following are examples of our presentation offerings:

	Motivational Keynote Addresses
		Onsite-Insights can deliver motivational presentations designed to increase a community's ability to rally key stakeholders to endorse and support a community youth development and/or youth engagement agenda. Keynotes to audiences of any size are designed in partnership with the contracting agent. A youth and adult team can also be used to present a keynote.

	Capacity Building Presentations
		Onsite-Insights can be engaged to provide support to local leaders in their delivery of "informal" or formal presentations to a group(s) of key stakeholders. These presentations would be developed in partnership with the requesting community.
	Meeting Facilitation
		Onsite-Insights can be engaged to facilitate meetings designed to inform or motivate community, organizational, neighborhood or school leaders to embrace the principles and practices of youth development or engagement. We can also assist with the development of these meetings' agendas, identifying the most appropriate individuals to bring to the table, and the most effective strategies to use to ensure that these meetings are successful. A youth and adult team can also facilitate these meetings or presentations.
